Niumalu Loop Project Update

Aloha Gang,

So much has been happening at our Hawaii Kai Project!  The home has been energized with the 200 amp upgraded electrical. We are putting the last touches on both bathrooms and just waiting on the special order appliances to be delivered for the kitchen.  Landscaping has just been completed and it really brought some life into this home!

As we draw closer to completion we would like to reach out to any of our fellow investors or real estate agents that my know someone who is a buyer for this type of property.  That being said we are still actively looking for our next property, we will buy houses in “any condition”  and have the ability to close on your timeline.
