Sorry for the delay, we wanted to give you a quick update on what is going on with 16th Ave! Our foundation is complete, we dug down 3 feet on every footing and backfilled with course gravel ensuring the stability of the structure for many years to come. The roof is complete including the installation of two solar fans. Lastly, the french drains along each side of the property are complete. This week we are working on siding, window installation, and then moving to the interior of the house. Mahalo for following along and please stay tuned for another update that will be coming soon.
